This video was determined not to upload in my last post… WordPress probably just thought, “haven’t they seen enough already!?”

Hope it works this time 🙂

  1. Muk Muk your so amazing, so calm and collected, “Just one more night, no big deal, I finish the trail tomorrow, Yea OK well that’s nice.” I know I would not be able to sleep!

Hope to see you again! Oh and BC is just a stunning as Washington, her out and…. Wait for it….

    Keep Hiking! 😀

  2. Fantastic to Skype with you today. As Wolfman observed, you’re unbelievably cooool in this video given what we now know of the last dramatic days. Regular folk would have been ground down but not you Muk. The good fortune and coincidence of coming across Ravensong and the crew is too remarkable to comprehend. They sure gave you the magic for the last dramatic day as you disappeared in the snow and cloud cover before the descent and on to the monument. Bless them.

  3. They’re right Muk, you’re so calm and at peace with your journey. You’re so joyful in regards to how much struggle it took to get you to this point, no frowns for this girl! You pack a lot of punch, you’re the definition of tough stuff! Now don’t forget…

    And will you succeed?
    Yes! You will, indeed!
    (98 and 3 / 4 percent guaranteed.) (100% for MUK MUK)

    KID, YOU’LL MOVE MOUNTAINS!

  4. Muk, I have been updating my students on your finish and know today the VISA expires. Earlier Wolfman posted a cryptic comment to not worry about the VISA, he wasn’t at liberty to say why, so something seems “up!!” Hoping we might still arrange a visit to my schools in the Aqua Dulce area…if possible….reach me at hynan@sbcglobal.net. Congrats on your epic journey!!

  5. And now I can’t wait to hear from your last day on trail – was it icy in the morning? How did your ankles fare? How was the descent? Suspense, even though I already know the outcome! That’s how hooked you got me and the other followers of your journey!

  6. Hi darling, I agree with the others, that you looked so relaxed, like you were saying “oh well this is my last night in the snow on the Trail”. During the Trail you had your aches and pains and even on the last days, but your mind kept towering above that and got you through that all. You are amazing, strong, determined and beautiful. Incredible how you met all those lovely hikers and Trail Angels, always at the right time, so lucky. Keep smiling the future lays ahead of you. Love you, Mutti xxoo
